I.  The Business must be able to be run out of a home office, require no more than 2,500 square feet of space, and be able to be operated from the Home Office in compliance with all zoning ordinances.

II.  The Business must require a minimal of employees to work out of the Home Office Headquarters.

III.  The total "purchase price" of the Business, including any legal, accounting, broker, or closing fees should not exceed $200,000.

IV.  Small Business Exchange, ltd is the exclusive negotiator on behalf of the Buyers, and will negotiate with any "Seller Agents" to limit total agency fees associated with the transaction.

V.  The Business should generate at least $3,000 per month in profits ($36,000 annually), and the purchase price of any business plus fees should not exceed 2.5 times profits.
