| Mr. Gannon's professional career includes senior management positions in finance, operations, and administration in various industries. Most recently as CEO of a major New England Architectural & Engineering firm, he was responsible for crafting and implementing a successful turnaround plan which resulted in a return to profitability and an effective succession plan for the principals. His management experience includes finance, operations, MIS, distribution, and human resources in manufacturing, retail and service companies. He began his career with the international accounting firm of Price Waterhouse where he was selected to be one of only fifty staff members nationwide to develope and implement the firm's revolutionary small business practice. Mr. Gannon is a Certified Public Accountant. He graduated at the top of his class from UMass-Dartmouth receiving a BS Degree in Accounting which was awarded with the highest distinction. |
| Mr. Oristaglio has 20 years of experience as a senior financial and operations manager. Most recently as the President of RIPRO Associates, he has engineered and implemented start-ups, acquisitions, turnarounds, and liquidations of small and medium sized businesses throughout the Northeast. He has a long history of success in financial, operational, and executive management for companies from $4 to $75 million in annual sales. Mr. Oristaglio began his career with the international accounting firm of Price Waterhouse where he was a small business specialist. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Paul attended Providence College on academic and athletic scholarships and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS in Accounting & Business Management. |
